The seasons are our inspiration, be it asparagus in May and chanterelles in July or pumpkins in September and chestnuts in the fall. They go hand in hand with juicy lamb, fresh fish, delicious duck or game and give our pasta and risotto a note unmatched even across the Adriatic.
